How long have you been in business?
11 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Short and long term apartment rentals in a small inn atmosphere. All rooms have full kitchens, housekeeping service and most have private balconies and ocean views.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Worked as a Food & Beverage Director for many years on cruise ships. This allows me to put my hospitality background to good use in a lovely small town.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride oursleves on personal service and immaculate accommodations. We have won the Superior Small Lodging "White Glove Award" two years in a row, recognizing outstanding quality and cleanliness. We try to make guests truly feel that this is their "home away from home".
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just this one, and there are no plans for expansion.

I-95 or Florida Turnpike to Commercial Blvd. exit. Go east all the way to the ocean and make a right on El Mar Drive. We are one block ahead on the right, at the corner of El Mar and Datura Ave.

We have guests from all over the world, as well as the entire US. We are also very popular as a place for locals to recommend to their out of town guests, so that we rather than they can be the "home away from home".
